7 Weeks Out!! Half way point...

Hello everyone!

It has now been 6 weeks of this training regime and I can say i'm seeing a difference! I was tired and hungry this week, but what else is new?! No big changes in diet - still 6 meals a day - fish, fish and more fish. It's a good thing I like fish! :) My cardio has increased to 45 minutes. Not much to say this week, but I did want to post progress photos. Please note, these photos are taken first thing in the morning....so excuse the sleepy eyes and crazy hair! :) The first photo is from Jan 25th, 2011 and the second is from March 12th, 2011. The most recent photo is taken in my competition suit....it should look better and better with each week. I have not received my shoes yet, but hopefully I will get them in the next week or so.

It is easy to get frustrated from day to day when I don't see the numbers on the scale change, but it is great to look back and see that I am changing and that this diet and training is actually working. Here we go, 7 more weeks!!!
