Hi All!
I'm in a steady routine! This past 2 weeks I have upped my cardio to 40 minutes per day, 7 days a week and I am still strength training 6 days a week. I am seeing changes and feeling stronger! The diet is going good. Six meals a day, each including 30 grams of protein. No fruit or dairy, but lots and lots of vegetables. Last Saturday I got to have a cheat!!! I was allowed one hour where I could eat anything I wanted! What that hour would consist of consumed my thoughts for most of the week. Anything with sugar...if you know me at all, you know what I chose to splurge on; Yogurt covered raisins! They are my favorite! I was sick with a sugar high and wasn't too sad for the hour to be over. I was actually glad to get back to my clean diet. The next time I get to cheat, I am going to make my sisters killer black bean brownie recipe. It will satisfy my sugar crave and I'll post the recipe when that day comes!
I have ordered my posing suit. It is very pretty, but very very small! I also ordered the shoes that I need to pose in. I can't wait to get them to start practicing my posing and walking in the 5" heels.
The best part of my day is breakfast! After I finish my morning cardio, I rush home for coffee with Brett and my favorite meal of the day - Protein Pancake! (see competition and non-competition recipes below)
