11 Weeks Out

The weeks are flying by!!  I am noticing changes in how I feel, but not any big changes physically.  This past week was a tough one.  It was an extremely busy week with work and training.....and did I also mention that Brett (my fiance) and I will be getting married in Las Vegas one week before the competition takes place!  I found myself tired and stressed last week and going through the motions of every day and what "had" to be done, but then something clicked....these are all things that I want and signed up for and these are the things that make life fantastic! 

So again, no big changes this week.  Training - Cardio 7 mornings a week and strength training 6 evenings a week.  Diet - not straying away from the diet plan.  I have lots of food throughout the day and never feel deprived of anything.  The only major difference I notice is no FRUIT!  I would kill for a crunchie apple.  However, I do get one hour this week to eat anything I want and I am seriously contemplating having Edible Arrangements cater my splurge!!!  

I do also want to mention the quantity of water I am drinking a day.  A regular day is at least 4-5 liters, but today I was exremely thirsty.  I drank 7 liters of water!  Do you know that 7 liters is 15.4lbs?  Hmmm, not really sure what to think about that.  Each day I realize, this sport requires extreme dedication...

I am up for the challenge!!!
